Drum Lesson Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling: 1.1. Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before the appointed lesson time 1.2. Drum students are allowed 2 lesson reschedules within 1 Term, should you exceed the number of reschedules permitted, the respective drum lessons will be automatically forfeited 1.3. Should you require more reschedules due to circumstance, please contact us directly via WhatsApp, we will review your request accordingly Make-Up Lessons: 2.1. Make-up lessons that have been booked and confirmed can no longer be changed 2.2. Please ensure that you will be available for the drum lesson before proceeding as we are unable to modify the booking once it is confirmed 2.3. Unfulfilled make-up lesson credits will have an expiry of 1 year from the date of commencement of the respective term Medical Certificate: 4.1. Same day cancellations are permitted with an MC provided that students inform us before 10AM of the lesson day 4.2. Please contact us via WhatsApp and we will manually cancel your drum lesson 4.3. Upon receiving a photo/screenshot of your MC, we will proceed to issue you a lesson credit to rebook your make-up lesson Berakah Music reserves the right of final decision.
